Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be fully informed about your purchase at HATFLOWSHOP. If you need to return an item, please read our policy carefully to ensure your return qualifies.

Return Window

You have 90 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • It must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the exact same condition that you received it.
  • It must be in its original packaging with all tags attached.
  • All included accessories (such as the stylish tote bag, skinny belt, matching silk scarf, and garment bag) must be returned together with the main dress/top.

Please note: There are no "final sale" items at this time. All regular purchases fall under this 90-day return policy.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for paying all return shipping costs. HATFLOWSHOP does not provide prepaid return shipping labels. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot process refunds for returned items that are lost in transit.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, you must contact us within 1 to 2 hours of placing it. After this short timeframe, your order will have entered our processing system and can no longer be modified or canceled. If the cancellation window has passed, you must wait for the item to arrive and then proceed with our standard return process.

Refund Process and Timing

  1. Initiate a Return: Contact us at support@hatflowshop.shop to notify us of your intent to return and to receive return instructions.
  2. Inspection: Once your return is received at our facility, we will thoroughly inspect the item to ensure it meets our return conditions.
  3. Refund Issuance: If approved, your refund will be processed within 3 to 10 business days after the inspection is complete. The credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Please keep in mind that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

Warranties

There is no separate or extended warranty offered on our products.
